Security
Building is equipped with a state-of-the-art, keyless, tele-entry system. There is also 24 hour video surveillance of the building, parking garage and surrounding areas. Parking garage is enclosed and secured by electronic entry gates at both entrances.

Boat Slips
For our boating enthusiasts, we offer ten separately owned and maintained boat slips. Boats slips range in size to accommodate boats from 20 to 50 feet. The pier and docks are heavy-duty construction with an extra-wide walkway equipped with railing and lighthouse pedestals that supply shore power and water to each slip. This well-constructed pier is an excellent feature that complements our luxurious waterfront building.

Storage
Each homeowner will have an assigned storage unit on the ground level of the building in the designated locked and secured storage areas.

Parking
Each homeowner will have the benefit and convenience of two assigned parking spaces. Additionally there are 12 spaces assigned for visitor parking as well as four handicapped parking spaces.

Community Room
There is a three-season community room, facing the river, for use by homeowners for social, family and/or community events. The community room is equipped with a private, handicapped accessible bathroom as well as a small kitchenette for use in food storage and preparation.
